Grease Pencil Depth Of Field

This add-on adds settings in the Camera Properties to get DOF working with Grease Pencil objects. The DOF will update in real-time and in animation. As it can be expensive, you can also pause the DOF computation.

The add-on needs to have the Blender DOF activated as well as a "Focus on Object" field filled. The target object of the Blender default DOF will be used to control the Grease Pencil DOF.

It's a rough implementation as the Grease Pencil team will surely comes with something to get real time compositing working in the future.
